Dorothy's place was perfect in all regards ... convenient, clean, easy in, easy out, although modest, it reflects an old New England home, warm, friendly, and open. „This is a lovely property in a fantastic position and just what we needed for a weekend break from New York. The weather meant we didn’t really get a chance to use the outdoor areas as much as we’d hoped but we had everything we needed indoors. „Booked for the weekend over a year ago for URI graduation weekend. Check in process was simple, the house & location was perfect for us, the drive to URI was fairly short, and we were away from the crowd of Kingston. Our family was happy with the house, the downtown area and the closeness to the beach.We had a small hiccup with the kitchen, and Michael was quick to response and resolved the issue. We would book this house again, since we did not get to see the entire area due to graduation ...

„upon arrival to the house, they did not give us clear information as to which floor we were staying on. They gave us the information for both the first floor and the second floor without telling us which floor was ours. Then after checking in, we asked for the Wi-Fi password and had some other questions to which they did not respond or answer ever. At the end of our stay, they contacted Verbo directly and tried to charge me an additional 730. Safe to say I will never be booking with them again.“
