„Sauberes Zimmer“

„Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Zelt so ein gutes Frühstück gehabt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.“

„Sehr schönes Hotel - empfehlenswert!“

„Okay“

„For a 5 star hotel we found a few things lacking. Shower head in the bathroom was cheap and didn’t work properly. Bathroom fan didn’t work properly and room not cleaned when we can back in the afternoon. Breakfast good but no fresh fruit juice. Staff helpful and location is beautiful. Hotel restaurant very good“

Vielen lieben Dank ...

„Schönes Zimmer an guter Lage. Klimatisiert.

„The hotel is very well situated. It has a nice outdoor pool area. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. We had free soft-drinks at the minibar. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was quite good. We even got discount coupons to spend in at the restaurant or the bar of the hotel. We will choose this hotel again if we visit lugano.“

„Design Lovers will love this hotel. It‘s very stylish. Close to the train station. Clean. Good breakfast. Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Bit pricy for the reduced staff on duty. But in total: very, very nice.“

„Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Warme, sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, gepflegte Umgebung. Sehr aufmerksames, freundlich und diskretes Personal. Schöne Ausstattung der Zimmer, sehr gute Betten.“
