„Good sized room, nice quiet area but good location to visit a few of the other nice towns and villages“

„We selected the property due to its charming Tudor features, which are a continued theme throughout. On arrival, staff were warm and friendly and showed us to our room. Similarly at breakfast, the staff member was friendly and attentive. Excellent breakfast spread including pastries, fruits and an option for a cooked breakfast. Our room had large beams, a four poster bed, original windows and an excellent view of the high street. The bathroom however could do with some upkeep as the decor is ...

„Good value for money. Room was spacious and clean and staff were friendly and helpful.“

„The house is a charming old building, but relatively far away from the city center and the nearest restaurants. You have to walk a good 15 to 20 minutes to the center. The first room we got was spacious and had a nice view, but the heavy old curtains and the old seating furniture were so full of dust that I had trouble breathing. The bed frame was full of stains. We were finally shown two alternatives - in the basement, even though the hotel was perhaps only ten percent full. The room was dark ...

„Definitely a great location, very friendly welcome, great for tranquillity.“

„Wonderful charming Inn, gorgeous rooms and dinner was incredible! Rooms can be a little noisy but it is an old building!“

„Very enjoyable stay. Didn’t see anyone else at all during our stay, but access to the property and to our room was very easy with Gabriella’s information she sent the day before arrival. House and room were lovely and warm on arrival. Breakfast was self service ~ very nice and well laid out Would certainly stay again. Very convenient NCP car park directly opposite , which was only £11.00 for overnight parking. Great location, easy walk to the centre and theatre.“

„Excellent communication Easy check in Great property, very central to be able to walk everywhere in Cheltenham. Would highly recommend. Only thing I would say for others is we presumed 3 bathrooms meant 3 toilets, however there is : 1 bedroom with an en-suite shower and two sinks. And then shared between the next bedroom is a tiny shower/ loo and sink. Ground floor there is a large bedroom and huge bathroom with shower and separate bath. We did not utilise the hot tub in the garden but it was a ...

„Alles Tip Top, so soll es sein. Absolut empfehlenswert!“

„Located in the centre of Gloucester very close to a park and near to good food places.“
