„This place has a cozy feel and plenty of space for pets. I brought my cat. It was only a 10 minute drive to Mayo Clinic. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The landlord answers your questions in a timely manner and is easy to work with. The area has lots to do and see. “

„We had an incredible experience at this property. It was everything thing we hoped it would be and more. I've stayed at several properties and this was the most cozy and comfortable. „We had a wonderfully stay. The host was wonderful. They were very sweet and quick to respond to and questions we had. They also responded in the middle of the night when a smoke detector ran out of batteries to give us a quick and easy solution which we appreciated so much! Great views from the living room and upstairs bedrooms! We loved curling up on the couch as the thunderstorms rolled by. “

„The property was just as described and very clean. Stayed there with family and friends and had a great time. Only criticism is there weren’t enough pots & pans. Some of those weren’t usable. Could have used more refrigerator space. That being said, we would definitely rent it again. “

„Wonderful location, awesome back yard overlooking the beach. Stayed during the week and it felt like a private beach, very few others in front of the house. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Owner decorated for our special occasion which was above and beyond!“

„Great find! Loved staying at this property. It's about 10 minutes north of the "city" but that worked great for us because we were looking for some peace and quiet for some serious down time. There are a few dining options within 5 minutes, Aunt Kate's and Cap's were some we tried and would recommend. Lots of extras at the house - fully stocked kitchen - more than we are used to seeing. Had a great time here. “

„We loved the layout of the house. The front decks off the main living area and the downstairs area were great in the afternoons. The furniture was perfect. We ate lunch and dinner outside every day. Outdoor showers were very convenient. Kitchen was well stocked. A few comments: dishtowels in the kitchen would be nice. The air conditioning was not consistent throughout the house. Some bedrooms were hot; one was freezing. But we have already booked for next year so that should say it all!“

„Had a very nice vacation at the beach house. The owner communicated very promptly when questions were asked. We found appliances to be in good working order. The kitchen has space for larger groups. We had 14 and managed fine. Living areas are on two levels. So it minimized climbing lots of stairs. Had a great time. “

„Absolutely excellent love the neighborhood everything was easy to walk everything was very convenient love just stepping out the door and onto the beach was only a block away easy walk restaurants convenience stores pharmacies all within walking distance I absolutely loved it at night it was very peaceful and quiet the rental was super clean super bright and gorgeous and had everything you needed if you decided to cook or whatever but because of the restaurants and the locations of everything ...

„We really enjoyed our stay at your sweet little house. Very clean and comfortable. My ONLY moment of, I wish this was better, were the curtains. Wish the house had blinds instead of curtains that would allow light as well as privacy. The glass door in the kitchen especially made us uncomfortable without a blind. Other than the curtains and lack of, we loved the house. Very cozy! Thank you for a pleasant stay!“

"wir haben eine sms erhalten, dass sie kein warmwasser haben. pro tag 50% gutschrift oder 100% zurück. wir nahmen die 50% an. beim auschecken fingen dann die probleme an! der herr sn der reseption meinte, einfach ebookers anrufen alles easy. aber nicht mal er kam via tel durch! ich wollte eine quittung er wollte mir keine geben. ich bestand aber darauf! du kommst im hotel an, traum! dann gehst du in die hotel räumlichkeiten. traum vorbei. alles sieht alt aus und riecht auch so. pool war auch sehr dreckig. und das geld bekomme ich sicher auch nicht zurück"

"Da wir beim letzten Besuch bereits begeistert waren, waren wir nun für zwei Nächte hier und es war wieder wunderschön hier. Die Poollandschaft und der direkte Zugang zum Strand sind perfekt. Zwei Kritikpunkte: ausschließlich Valet-Parking für 40$/Nacht verfügbar und das der Zutritt zum Pool nicht kontrolliert wird, obwohl man bei Check-in Armbänder ausgehändigt bekommt und dadurch externe Gäste den Pool ohne Hindernis nutzen können."
