Welcome to Salt Air - Castle by the Sea — a 2025 built, 6BR, 3.5BA coastal home just a 15-minute walk to the beach. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, the layout makes it easy to gather while still offering space to unwind and relax. Spend your days at the beach and your evenings in the game room featuring NBA Jam arcade, foosball, and a popcorn machine. With 5 king bedrooms, TVs in all rooms, bunk room, and modern finishes, Salt Air is designed for comfort, space and luxury.

Salt Air is located just off scenic A1A, one of Florida’s iconic coastal routes that runs along the entire shoreline. This is a well-traveled coastal road with a steady flow of traffic and a 45 mph speed limit, offering convenient access to nearby beaches, dining, and attractions. While the front of the home faces the road, the property is set back enough to provide privacy, and the backyard offers a quieter, more relaxed outdoor space for gathering. As a newly built home with modern construction, the interior is well insulated, keeping the inside of the home peaceful and comfortable throughout your stay.

You'll enjoy seamless self-check-in with a personal key code provided before your arrival. You have private access to the entire home and all amenities. Convenient off-street driveway parking is included and can accomodate up to 3 vehicles. Parking on the grass is not preferred but exceptions can be made if there will be more than 3 vehicles during your stay.

Beach Days & Coastal Living
Salt Air is ideally located near the coast, making beach days simple and stress-free. Pack up and take a short 15-minute walk to enjoy the sand, surf, and ocean breeze. 10 beach chairs provided! Please note that the closest beach access does not have public parking. If you would prefer to drive to the beach, there are other locations about 10 mins away with abundant public parking right at the beach access.

Game Room & Indoor Fun
The upstairs game room loft, located just outside the bunk room, is a dedicated entertainment zone for guests of all ages. Enjoy classic arcade action with NBA Jam, challenge friends to foosball, or relax with fresh popcorn in front of the 65in TV for a movie-style night in. It’s the perfect space for kids and adults to unwind after a day at the beach.

Indoor Living & Gathering Spaces
The main living area includes a large sectional sofa, a 75-inch Smart TV, and board games for indoor entertainment. The space flows into a fully stocked kitchen equipped with cookware, bakeware, utensils, and everything needed to prepare full meals at home. The dining table seats 7 guests, with an additional 4 barstools at the kitchen island for extra seating. The open layout connects kitchen, dining, and living areas in one shared space, making it easy for groups to stay together throughout the day.

Outdoor Living
Enjoy Florida’s coastal weather on the covered and fenced patio with a large outdoor dining table that seats 10 guests. A gas grill is also available for guests use. The patio opens directly to an unfenced backyard, providing additional open space beyond the covered outdoor living area. While the home sits near A1A, the outdoor living space in the back of the home offers a more private and relaxed environment for guests to enjoy.

To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following rules:

Pets: We welcome up to two dogs with a $75 fee per pet. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring your furry friends. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats.

Local Guests: We are generally not able to accept reservations from local guests. If you are local, please contact us for pre-approval and share the reason for your stay.

Visitor Policy: To help maintain a safe, quiet environment and prevent unauthorized gatherings, visitors are not permitted at the property; all individuals on-site must be included in the reservation guest count. If you have a unique circumstance, please contact us in advance to request a possible exception.

Rental Agreement: To meet local licensing requirements, we require a signed contract and a copy of your identification to be on file before your booking is finalized. Must be 25 or older to book.

Security: For your safety and the protection of our property, a security camera is located at the front entrance. These devices are motion-activated and record both video and audio.

Pet-Friendly Home: As this is a pet-friendly rental, please be aware that despite our thorough cleaning efforts, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of dog hair.
