Note: Our beach house is a single-family oceanfront home that we offer in multiple listing configurations (3-bedroom, 4-bedroom, or the entire house). These listings all refer to the same property and are simply different booking options designed to accommodate groups of varying sizes and budgets. This approach allows smaller groups to enjoy the home at a lower price point while still giving larger groups the option to reserve the full property. Only one reservation is accepted at a time, and the home is never shared between separate guest groups.

Our beach house is a private 6-bedroom oceanfront home designed for relaxing coastal stays with family and friends. Located directly on the sand, the home offers unobstructed Atlantic Ocean views, private beach access, and spacious indoor-outdoor living areas so guests can fully enjoy the natural beauty of South Ponte Vedra Beach.

The home features seven comfortable bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom for the exception of the two queen beds, providing privacy and convenience for groups traveling together. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook meals at home, while the open living and dining areas offer plenty of space to gather, relax, and enjoy the ocean views. Large windows throughout the home bring in natural light and the calming sights and sounds of the beach.

Step outside to enjoy multiple outdoor spaces including an oceanfront balcony and a large rooftop patio—perfect for morning coffee at sunrise, evening drinks with ocean breezes, or stargazing at night. With direct beach access just steps away, guests can easily walk down to the sand for swimming, fishing, shell hunting, or long peaceful beach walks.
