Perched directly on the Atlantic coastline in St. Johns County, Florida, Sea Haven is a five-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom oceanfront home built for the kind of trip people talk about for years. The 60-foot oceanfront balcony stretches across the back of the home, pulling in sweeping ocean views from nearly every angle. With space for up to 12 guests and a layout spread across three floors, this is a home that works as hard as you want to relax. Sorry, No Pets.

The balcony & living spaces
The main living area opens directly onto the balcony, where mornings shift from coffee to dolphin-spotting and evenings wind down with the Atlantic breeze rolling in at sunset. The open-concept living room is anchored by a flat-screen streaming TV (no cable) and flows naturally into the dining and kitchen spaces, making it easy to keep the whole group connected whether you're cooking, eating, or just hanging out together.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for everything from a casual breakfast to a full group dinner. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cookware and dishes you need. Two dining tables - each seating up to eight - handle the whole group comfortably, and a breakfast bar adds a casual option for quicker meals. BBQ utensils are on hand for grilling sessions on the deck. Please note: pantry staples such as oil, salt, pepper, or coffee supplies are not provided.

Sleeping arrangements
The third floor is the most sought-after level, with three ocean-facing bedrooms, all with direct balcony access and open Atlantic views. The primary suite features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Two queen bedrooms on this floor share a hallway bath. Every bedroom is outfitted with plush linens, ceiling fans, and ample storage.

The ground floor offers two additional bedrooms designed to anchor the group. The bunkroom features two sets of bunk beds, a wraparound couch, coffee table, TV, and a selection of games - all within the same open space, making it a natural hangout for younger guests. A separate king bedroom on this floor offers a quieter retreat. A full bathroom on this level has a door that leads directly out to the back deck and down to the beach, providing convenient outside access after a day on the water.

The second floor houses the main living, kitchen, and dining areas, along with a dedicated workspace - a bonus room with a desk - ideal for remote work or a quiet reading nook.

Outdoors & beach access

Step off the back deck and straight onto the beach. Sea Haven's newly built beachfront deck offers comfortable outdoor seating for sunbathing, dining al fresco, or watching the tide roll in. From there, direct beach access takes you to the Atlantic for shell collecting, long walks, or a swim. Beach towels and chairs are provided for your stay.

Practical details

The home includes a washer and dryer, free driveway parking for up to three vehicles, air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, and dedicated WiFi throughout. Self check-in is handled via keypad, so your arrival is smooth and on your schedule. Home safety essentials - smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit - are all in place.
