"The location is great, just across the main train station and within walking distance to the main touristic spots. The sound isolation is really bad. Our room was facing the street and we could hear the tram passing by from very early in the morning until late in the night, so if you are a light sleeper, you will have problems. The AC was great and we even felt cold despite the 35 degrees outside. The free breakfast is a plus but don't expect a top tier one. Is enough to have you started for the day. The staff at the reception were super nice and helpful. Good perk is you can store your luggage before check in and after check out for free."

"Tolles Hotel im Zentrum von Florenz! Wir hatten ein schönes großes Zimmer mit einem großen Badezimmer! Alles in einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr sauber! Frühstück war auch sehr gut und es fehlte an nichts! Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen."
