"Wir waren begeistert- Danke für das Upgrade zur Suite 301 mit Balkon, schick +geräumig, großes Duschbad / einfach toll/ sehr gute Lage in Bahnhofsnähe ( hört man nicht) superfreundliche Rezeptionistinnen- schönes Frühstück, auch hier eine superliebe Hausdame- wir werden noch lange davon schwärmen ! "Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Bade Anlagen hervorragend. Bevor die auswärtigen Gäste ab 11.00 Uhr eingelassen wurden, konnten die Hotelgäste die Bäder bereits ab 08.30 Uhr nutzen. Das Frühstück entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Schade, dass keine Hunde im Speisesaal erlaubt waren."

"Ho dormito solo una note per viaggio in moto. Bell posto e stupenda posizione. Tutto in legno e veramente grandi sale per gli ospiti, camere pulita e comfortebole buona qualita prezzo. Anche la colayyione buona trane il cafe de macchina automatica. grazie"

"Overall, we had a great stay at Lefay Dolomiti. The property is beautiful, with spacious and comfortable rooms and an outstanding three-level spa. Despite its size, it never felt crowded and it was always easy to find a place to relax. The massages were excellent, and we really enjoyed the activities organized by the hotel with knowledgeable guides. The location is fantastic, and the complimentary bikes are a great way to explore the area. The Michelin-starred Grual restaurant was excellent, with outstanding food and impeccable service. Unfortunately, the Dolomia restaurant was disappointing, both at dinner and breakfast. The staff were consistently slow, inattentive, and often made mistakes with our orders. Dinner service was mediocre, and the food was average, not worth the premium prices. Waiting over 20 minutes for someone to clear our plates after finishing dinner is not what you expect from a five-star hotel. Breakfast was also below expectations. The pastries and bread tasted pre-made instead of freshly baked. At this level, the hotel should have its own pastry chef or source products from a high-quality local bakery. The coffee was poor, and our egg orders were wrong about half the time. A fantastic hotel let down by inconsistent service and food quality at Dolomia."
