„Property was very clean and a few minutes drive away from Bethlehem and Littleton.“

„Clean “

„100% as advertised and the positives reviews were justified. We are excited to visit again.“

„Our host was friendly and accommodating. the cottage was cozy and very nicely appointed. “

„This was such a quaint and adorable property. Having our own individual cabin was great. The view from our deck of the pond was so pretty. Would love to come back during warmer weather to enjoy a nice sunset or morning cup of coffee out there. Our only complain was the mat when we first walked in was very sandy and dirty (needed vacuuming) and upon getting into bed there were some white stains on the underneath of the main comforter which we ended up not sleeping with. Besides these few cleaning ...

„The descriptions and images are accurate but make the place seem a bit nicer than it is. It's clean and the staff are helpful and nice. The set up is minimal and did not include several basics. For example, no dish soap or sponge despite only having 2 drinking glasses and 2 coffee mugs. The driveway is sand but there's no door mat so we had to sweep every day. The area is OK. „Beautiful cabin. Great staff. But our cabin was super close to the highway, so didn’t offer a quiet stay, unfortunately. Which we were expecting from a cabin. “

„We had a wonderful vacation at the cabin. It was all high end in the woods with the river right next to the cabin. The appliances were high end and everything was neat and thighty. We loved it!“

„Great stay“

„This rental was the perfect location for our wedding guest weekend. 10 min to the Rocks Estate venue. 15 into Bethlehem and Littleton. We LOVED Bethlehem really cute and friendly. Also love the Iron Furnance Brewery in Franconia, which is just down the road. The house itself is lovely and feels new, except for furnature is DEFINATLEY "lived in", soft surfaces are heavily stained. Located off a dirt road on a dirt driveway. Jeeps are great! if you have a low riding car, watch out. The house ...

„Cute and cozy with a nice river right outside the door! We enjoyed grilling outside and the river. Our dog loved going inside the river, and at night, we had a fire going. Pure relaxation. Also, check in states 4 o’clock, but we arrived at 2 and was able to check in! The only downside is no A/C and it gets pretty hot in there. Remember to bring your own cooling devices. Very nice getaway. We will be returning.“
