My stay was marked by a high level of satisfaction with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and the excellent condition and cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious dishes. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would choose the Diamond Hotel again without hesitation.

Hotel ist sauber, elegant und hat ein gutes Restaurant. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage in Makati ist sehr gut, nicht zu laut und alles in der Nähe. Auch der nächste Geldautomat/Bank ist direkt um die Ecken. Nicht so gut sind die Matrazen, ich bin eher der knochige Typ und hatte zügig Kontakt mit dem Federkern. Liegt nicht am alter der Matrazen sondern am Typ der Matraze, oder an mir. Meine Freundin hatte keine Problem... Alles im Allem, würde ich wieder buchen, war für ein paar Wochen im HSP Hotel is clean, elegant and has a good restaurant. Staff is friendly and helpful. The location in Makati is very good, not too loud and close to everything. Also, the nearest ATM / bank is right around the corners. Not so good are the mattresses, I'm rather the bony type and had swift contact with the spring core. Is not the age of the mattresses but the type of mattress, or me. My girlfriend had no problem ... All in all, I would book again. I was at the HSP for a few weeks

We like: - the personnel are very nice and respectful and helpful We don't like: - long time wait in the elevators (we were in P5/P6). But perhaps because the housekeeping are also using the guest lift. - not so thick walls. We can hear the bar upstairs
