Recently renovated, the apartment has the sleeping area as follows: living room with 1 sofa bed, 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with French bed.
The living area consists of a living kitchen area and completed by 1 shower room.
For
pleasant moments outdoors you can move to the covered veranda, equipped
with tables and chairs perfect as a dining/dining area enjoying the
wonderful Apulian climate.
From the panoramic terrace, reached by internal stairs, you can enjoy sea view.
A
plus of Kaleido Sea View is the presence of free parking spaces right
in front of the gate of the house, in private condominium area.

Sea View is located in Polignano a Mare, in one of the most picturesque
areas of the town, facing the Eremita rock and just 10 minutes (on
foot) from the town center.
 
A few steps away is Piazzale
Marco Polo, from where you can admire the scoglio dell`Eremita. From
here begins a pedestrian path that in a few minutes leads to Largo
Ardito and then to the historic center of Polignano.
Arriving by
car is very convenient as the Kaleido apartment is only 900 meters from
the state road to Monopoli, which is only 7 km away, and further to
Conversano (12 km), Alberobello (28 km) and the beaches of Capitolo only
15 km away..

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning not in all house.
