LIMITATIONS

➤ We do allow pets maximum of 2 only. Pet fee is $80 per pet and per stay.

➤ For Parking, we require to provide these informations atleast 5 days before your arrival:
- All guest name
- Vehicle license plate
- Vehicle State, make, model, and color.
This is important so the HOA can allow entry.

➤ No street parking. Your vehicle might get towed. Please park your on the grass beside the driveway if you have more than 2 vehicles.

➤ Please respect the quiet hours from 10PM - 8AM.

➤ Please do not leave any food or leftovers outside. The bears will be attracted by the food.

➤ We do not have cable in this home. You also need to use your own netflix account to log in.

➤ The living room has a real gas fireplace place. You need to toggle the knob to turn it on.

➤ All bedrooms are located at the 2nd floor of the home.
