„We had a delightful experience at Villa Poggia. It was the ideal place for us to stay in Tuscany and from there, to explore the countryside.“

„We spend a week at Gabrieles Villa. Communication before and during our trip was excellent, we were well briefed about the house on arrival. The villa is spacious and lovingly furnished. The terrace including seating area and grill is a real highlight. Absolute recommendation!“

„Eine wirklich wunderschöne und sehr ruhig gelegene Anlage. Man muss sich auf etwas Abgeschiedenheit einstellen, aber die Häuser und die Ausstattung ist top. Pool, Whirlpool und Saune bieten einen großartigen Raum zur Entspannung. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfern, also ist man versorgt. Was ich besonders hervorheben will sind der super freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter Davide und dessen Vater. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. “

„We had an awesome stay at the villa bella toscana. The property is quiet big with a beautiful pool area, a small fitness room and enough space to enjoy yourself outside in sun. The house was clean and cosy. The big kitchen offers a great place to cook together or play boardgames at the table. Outside there is also a big covered table to have marvelous dinners with up to 10 people, even if it's raining. The villa is near the center of this small town, so you can visit the weekly market by foot ...

Wir haben diese sehr genossen: viele Spielmöglichkeiten, viel Platz (Ausweichmöglichkeiten), toller Pool, großzügiges Wohnzimmer, perfekt gepflegter Garten. Wir waren als Paar mit unseren fünf Kinder im Alter von 6-18 Jahren dort. Vielen Dank auch an Nicole, die uns zweimal mit köstlichem original italienischen Essen in der Villa versorgt hat.“

There are two lower level bedrooms, no windows, and a family room isolated from the rest of the house. There are two bedrooms upstairs via a stairway from the dining room, and they are large with spacious bathrooms. „It’s tired. only 7 sunbeds when house is advertised for 8.Significant evidence of wear and tear both internally and to poolside items.Under beds was filthy.Area of kitchen was filthy.Downstairs toilet had not been cleaned and stank of urine so had to drive 1 hour immediately to purchase bleach to do proper clean of this bathroom. „Great villa for lager groups with great view. Very quite location. The road towards the villa is a bit narrow and makes going for a quick grocery trip a bit less easy. The beds and bathrooms are great although from the description we did not deduct that two rooms share a bathroom and are directly connected. Traumhafte Lage - ruhig und dennoch nicht zu abgelegen.

"Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und vier Kindern in dem Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist traumhaft schön, so wie es sich von den Bildern erahnen läßt... sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Haus hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. In der recht einfachen (kleinen) Küche findet man alle notwendigen Kochutensilien... Die Anfahrt aus dem Ort ist nichts für Fahranfänger (sehr enge, steile Wege), war aber mit unserem Viano Bus (ohne 4x4) gut zu schaffen. Obwohl das Haus über keine Klimanlage verfügt, war es nachts aufgrund der Höhenlage mit offenen Fenstern (bei uns gab es keine Mücken) mit Unterstüzung der Ventilatoren auch an den sehr heißen Tagen nicht zu warm. Das Feriendomizil ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge nach Florenz, Pisa oder auch zum Wandern in den Apenninen. Also klare Empfehlung - danke nochmals an Alessandro für die gute Betreuung...."
