Inside, the three bedrooms cover a king, a queen, and a room with a full bed plus two twins — flexible enough for two families or a group of friends. Both full baths have tiled walk-in showers. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking real meals, and there's a washer and dryer, central AC and heat, plus the small stuff (hair dryer, iron) already here.



Outside is where you'll spend your time. A wrap-around deck circles the house, the hot tub is ready whenever you are, and down toward the water there's a fire pit with chairs, a BBQ grill, and a patio set for dinner outdoors. Boone Lake is right at your door for fishing, boating, or a slow morning by the water.



You're 10–25 minutes from Bluff City, Kingsport, and Bristol, and 8–15 miles from the Tri-Cities airport. A car is recommended.
