„The unit was clean and stocked. We had a few minor maintenance issues with our stay. The team responded right away and had maintenance out that same day. The team works hard to maintain their properties. We had zero issues with the team or the actual listing. This location unfortunately had live music nearby enough that it kept half of us awake until 2 am each of the weekend nights. When I mentioned to the team they did recommend other units that were not so close to the street. “

„The location is perfect. Close to everything and although challenging to get in/out of the garage with an suv, it was doable and having parking included was a definite plus. We also reached out for dishwasher tabs and garbage bags and Jazz provided those with no problem. Some of the things that weren’t ideal were: you had to take two different elevators to get to the unit and then there were stairs you had to navigate to go down to the unit as well, main elevator was not well lit and the didn’t ...
