Welcome to Joe’s Place Cabin by Beyond Expectations, a spacious Smoky Mountain log cabin designed to comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. With five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, multiple gathering spaces, two full decks, and a private hot tub, this retreat offers plenty of room for families and groups to spend time together while enjoying the beauty of the Smoky Mountains.



The cabin is arranged across three levels, giving your group plenty of space to relax and enjoy your stay. The main living area features a cozy fireplace and comfortable seating, creating a welcoming gathering space inside the cabin. Whether your group is spending time together between outings or enjoying a relaxing day at the property, there is room to settle in and make yourself comfortable. The recently updated kitchen combines convenience with a refreshed look, featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It provides a well-equipped space for preparing meals during your stay. The nearby dining area gives your group a place to come together for meals, conversation, and time spent around the table.



Sleeping arrangements are designed to accommodate a large group. Two bedrooms feature king beds, while two additional bedrooms offer queen beds. The game room includes a twin over twin bunk bed, providing an additional sleeping option. The cabin also includes two sofa beds for added sleeping capacity. With four full bathrooms, the cabin offers added convenience for groups traveling together.



When it is time for entertainment, Joe's Place offers plenty of options right inside the cabin. The Neighborhood:

Located in the prestigious Sherwood Forest Community. Tucked away from it all but still conveniently located just 15 minutes from Downtown Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. Just down the road from Mountain Mist Winery and Farm, where you can stop and pick your own seasonal blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, apples, cherries & grapes and don't forget to grab a bottle of wine for your relaxing evening at your get away cabin. The area also offers local horseback riding and ziplining. This cabin and area truly have it all!!

Before You Arrive

We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible. After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible.



*This is a dog friendly cabin, allowing up to 2 dogs with a weight limit of up to 50lbs each. A $75 non-refundable pet fee will be charged per pet.

*Please note the pool is located in the community

*Hot tubs takes a few hours to heat up after they have been cleaned and sanitized after the previous guests checked out.

* All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.

*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.

*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

*Community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.



Dog Behavior & Liability

Guests are fully responsible for the behavior of any dog(s) they bring to the property. All dogs must be non-aggressive and under control at all times. Any aggression toward neighbors, other guests, animals, or staff—including biting, lunging, or attacks—is strictly prohibited.

Guests assume full liability for any injury or damage caused by their dog(s). The Owner/Host is not responsible for any incidents, claims, or expenses resulting from a guest’s dog. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Owner/Host harmless for all dog-related issues.

Violation of this clause may result in removal from the property without refund and charges for any related damages.
