Welcome to Mountain Time, our beautiful log cabin located in the heart of Pigeon Forge!

➣All beds are log-frame, adding to the cabin's charming rustic style.

[MAIN LEVEL]
➣Fully loaded kitchen, comfortable living room, dining area, and King bedroom.
➣Kitchen is loaded with pots & pans, dishes, wine glasses, utensils, kids dishes and utensils, cooking utensils, a large toaster, Keurig & drip coffee makers, blender, crock pot, water kettle, cookie sheet, & BBQ utensils. All the appliances are top-quality Whirlpool products.

[LIVING ROOM]
➣65-inch HD TV with WiFi connectivity and comfortable seating, perfect for a movie night or a quiet night in.
➣Dining table is made of logs and can seat up to 6 people, with additional seating at the kitchen island.

➣Master bedroom is ensuite with a full bathroom, king bed, jacuzzi tub, dresser, smart TV, and hair dryer.
➣The loft has a 50-inch smart TV, a queen sleeper sofa, twin-over-full bunk bed & arcade game

[LOWER LEVEL]
➣2 king-sized bedrooms, queen-sized bedroom, full bathroom, & laundry room.
➣One of the King bedrooms is ensuite with jacuzzi tub.
➣The full bathroom has a hair dryer.
➣The laundry room is equipped with a large Samsung washer and dryer

For the bathrooms, we provide a starter pack of Bergman Kelly shampoo, conditioner, body soap and shower gel to ensure that you have everything you need to feel pampered and refreshed. All the bathrooms are full bathrooms and have hair dryers.

Step outside and enjoy the beautiful surroundings on the wrap-around deck. Fire up the grill and cook up a delicious meal or simply relax in one of the rocking chairs. After a long day of exploring the area, take a soak in the hot tub and enjoy the peaceful wooded surroundings.

[SAFETY & COMFORT]
Our cabin is also equipped with a first aid kit, fireplace guards, fire extinguishers, Carbon Monoxide detectors, and smoke detectors in all the right places to ensure your safety. We use central air conditioning with a heat pump, controlled by a Honeywell T9 thermostat in the main and upper level and a temperature sensor in the lower level.

[GUEST ACCESS]
You will have no trouble getting to the cabin as the road leading up to it is fully paved and compared to the back roads, has a rather flat terrain, making it easy for you to drive here, even with small vehicles. Once you arrive, you will find parking space for up to 3 vehicles. The driveway is paved with asphalt, providing a smooth and convenient parking experience.

[OTHER THINGS TO NOTE]
* From April through October, the gas fireplace is turned off for safety reasons.
* To ensure your safety and comfort, the hot tub is thoroughly CLEANED, DRAINED AND REFILLED with fresh water after each guest's stay. Due to this, it may not be fully heated upon your arrival. We use bromine tablets to maintain water quality.

➣We strive for perfection but it's not always attainable. No cabin or host is perfect.
➣If you see something then say something.
➤If there is an amenity not working as intended, then we need to know about it.
➤If you let us know then we will attempt to fix it, even during your stay, as long as we get your permission
➤If you deem the issue not urgent then we can always wait until after checkout to get it addressed. We would like to know about it during your stay so we can make arrangements in advance to get it fixed prior to the next guests' arrival
➣We expect each guest to treat the property with the utmost respect. This allows us to continue providing awesome accommodations to future vacationers at a reasonable price
➣If you're looking to have a drunken party then this is not the cabin for you
➣PARENTS: We expect you to control your children. If not then please book another cabin
➣You must be 21 years old to book this cabin. NO EXCEPTIONS
➣You MUST provide your ID for verification
➣SCAMMERS won't be tolerated and will be reported to the authorities for full prosecution

➣We do not refund due to weather, driving conditions, power outages or other acts of nature that we don't & can't control.
➣You might lose cell service. Please print directions & instructions ahead of time.
➣You are in the woods and will see bugs, bees, scorpions, millipedes, lady bugs and all sorts of critters. We have the cabin on a strict pest control schedule but it's impossible to eliminate all bugs.
➣March through August is Carpenter Bee season. You may see dozens of them boring into the side of the cabin. Don't panic, you're staying in a log cabin in the woods after all!

[EASY PAYMENT PLAN]
➣1st payment: 50% required up front
➣Final payment: 35 days before arrival, collected automatically

[SECURITY DEPOSIT]
➣A security damage deposit of $700.00 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 2 days before check-in
➣This is a hold on the credit card and will be released 2 days after checkout
➣If the credit card charge fails then the guest has 1 day to provide another form of payment before the reservation is cancelled

[RENTAL AGREEMENT]
➣A Rental Agreement will be sent for signature after booking.
➣Failure to sign the Rental Agreement will result in cancellation of the booking

[CANCELLATION POLICY]
➣Our cancellation policy is as follows:
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
➣All refunds will be subject to a 6% processing fee
