Newly built 5BR cabin in downtown Pigeon Forge. Amazing location, NO steep roads, full amenities, sleeps 16 across 3 levels, can't go wrong!!

Must sign rental agreement upon booking.

You get the whole house!

I will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.

This cabin is in a community of other cabins, all paved roads and very easily accessible. The development may have construction from time to time.

Parking will be allowed in the driveway up to 3-4 cars. Street parking is not allowed.

We provide starter supplies for our guests: 1 single use shampoo and bar of soap per bathroom, 1 sponge, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 laundry detergent packet, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small liquid dish soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. All other cabin supplies will need to be provided by the guests i.e. charcoal, etc.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport

Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

Weekend Christmas getaway

The place was very spacious. The Christmas decorations was a plus. The owner was quick in responding to our inquiries. We weren’t able to enjoy the other amenities like the hot tub due to time constraints but overall we enjoyed staying here.

Dollywood Family Stay!

Our place was awesome, was clean and no issues, place was more than big enough for our entire group to have their own space and privacy when needed. The listing was just as described. Location of property was far enough away to make you think you were in the middle of nowhere but was just a short drive from everything. We’re definitely going back in the future. Our host was amazing as well, she communicated with us during the entire process from getting started and until we got back home. Truly an incredible experience.

Amazing

This property was perfect for all 12 of us. Ages from newborn to 70. Plenty of room and bathrooms for each bedroom. Location was great. All amenities were perfect. Host was amazing. Answered all questions and even contacted me to allow us to purchase an additional night since the cabin was available. It was absolutely perfect. Everyone in our party agreed and we will be back.

Jeep Fest Getaway

Our family came in for Jeep Fest and honestly this home was fantastic! It was a great location and the cabin was exactly like we expected. Meagan was quick to answer any questions before and during our stay. I highly recommend this unit.

Great fit for a large family close to town

This cabin was a great fit for our group of 7 adults, 2 teens, and 6 little kids. We cooked and grilled and found the kitchen to be well supplied with cookware and dishes. The cabin location is very convenient to the parks and attractions where we were able to drop off and pick up family rather than having them pay for parking and ride the shuttle.

Beautiful Cabin

We throughly enjoyed our stay. My family and I have been traveling to Pigeon Forge for over 30 years and this by far was the best cabin we stayed in. Very clean, was bigger than expected, and the decor was so nice. We felt right at home and used the kitchen to our full advantage and even had all the stuff in the kitchen that we needed to make a homemade peach pie. We truly appreciated the space and will be back to stay again next summer or maybe earlier.

Great Family Vacation

Excellent Location

Centrally located in Pigeon Forge. Food right at the bottom of the hill, routes to avoid the main strip which makes it convenient! Plenty of space for the whole family and excellent amenities, I can’t say enough good things about our stay.

FANTASTIC Cabin!

The location I central to all the fun in Pigeon Forge. The cabin is beautiful, clean and well stocked with all supplies. It’s very spacious and was perfect for our large family. Megan stayed in contact before, during and after our stay. I will definitely choose this rental in the future.

Best Cabin

The cabin is absolutely beautiful and very clean! We had 10 people in this cabin everyone had their own room and bathroom. Made it so much easier with getting ready. The cabin is minutes away to everything in pigeon forge. Megan was very nice and responsive, when we had an issue with the door code. She replied back in a matter of minutes and fixed the code. Can’t say enough about this cabin and the host! Thanks Megan, for everything😊
