Guests say the location is convenient to everything and surprisingly quiet inside, even this close to the Parkway. Our picks for a fall or winter trip: an evening show at Country Tonite Theatre, dinner at Local Goat, the Hollywood Wax Museum on a rainy afternoon, and a ride on the Rocky Top Mountain Coaster. Heads-up: Parkway traffic builds on busy weekends, so leave extra time.

🚗 A car is the easy way to see Pigeon Forge. Free open parking is on the resort lot. The Island is about 1.5 mi and Dollywood about 5 mi by car. Country Tonite Theatre and a few restaurants sit close to the resort; message us for the best way over.

♨️ The shared resort hot tub (about 102 F) is open year-round. There is no private hot tub in the condo.
🏊 Shared resort pools behind Building 3. Indoor pool: heated, open daily 9 AM to 10 PM, about 85 F in summer and 89 F in winter. Outdoor pool: seasonal, weather permitting.
🛏️ There is one bedroom. The twin-over-twin bunks are in a large closet off the living room.
