Parking:

Wrap around driveway is permitted to park 2 cars here during your stay. There is space to park a vehicle and small trailer in the driveway. Keep in mind that the driveway is curved so an experienced driver will be needed to back a trailer in the driveway.

There is always a possibility of bear activity in all areas of the Smokies. Please keep all cabin doors locked and never attempt to feed wild animals or leave food or trash out.

During your stay, you will receive a one-time bed and bath linen set up as well as the start-up amenities listed below. These start-up amenities will not be replenished during your stay.

Start-up amenities: toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dish soap, laundry detergent, kitchen sponge and 1 pack of ground coffee. Additional coffee and tea may be available.

Only 2 vehicles are permitted to park here during your stay.

Reservation alterations will not be approved seven days prior to arrival.

Travel insurance is highly recommended for forest fires, flooding, blizzards, power outages, internet outages and other natural disasters and life events. We will not refund due to said circumstances.

We are unable to accept pets. You will be charged $250 for each unauthorized pet that is brought into the cabin.

No smoking of any kind inside the cabin (no exceptions) If there is evidence of

smoking, you will be charged a minimum of $500 for additional cleaning and remediation fees

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.

A starter package of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher and laundry are provided as well as a few K-cups and ground coffee. You may need to buy more.

* The fireplace is shut down April 1 to October 1 as with every cabin in the area

* You are in the Smokey Mountains and may see and hear critters, bears, etc

Bears are dangerous. If you see a bear, stay inside!

Do not feed bears or any other wild animals.

Do not store food or food wrappers inside your vehicle. Bears can and will break in to vehicles to get food.

Our cabin cleaners are exceptional. We receive detailed photos before each guest so we can ensure that your stay will be great and held to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Getting around

This cabin is very easy to get to! You won't have to worry about curvy, mountain roads. Everything is two lanes and paved.

Only two vehicles are permitted to park at this property during your stay.
