Above The Rest is our Resort's newest 4-bedroom/4-bathroom cabin, which also includes a main floor half bath. Above The Rest is located inside the resort, just 2.5 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge at traffic light #10. Quite literally above the rest of the resort, this spectacular cabin sits on a cul-de-sac with amazing mountain views. Above The Rest has three levels and is 3,562 square feet, the largest 4-bedroom cabin floorplan in our resort featuring hardwood floors throughout. This cabin will comfortably sleep a total of 12 guests and has parking for approximately four vehicles, with additional parking available in Parkside Resort.

Main Level

Above The Rest has two steps up to the front door where you will be greeted by three bears welcoming you in. You can either enter the main level or walk around the wrap-around deck, revealing magnificent views and a spacious back porch. Once inside the front door, you will enter to vaulted ceilings and an open-air common space with the dining area, kitchen, living room and half bath. The dining table seats 10 comfortably with spectacular double, real antler chandeliers as the centerpiece above the table. You have additional seating for 6 at the breakfast bar with four custom real antler sconces. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator (with icemaker), a natural gas stove top/oven and dishwasher. The kitchen features custom granite countertops and beautiful custom cabinets. Other items provided in the kitchen are a programmable 14-cup Cuisinart coffee maker, a Keurig single cup coffee maker, a toaster, a blender/food processor, and standard cooking and eating utensils to accommodate 12 guests.

Above The Rest's living room is the center of attention with floor to ceiling windows to take the in the spectacular view! Enjoy the open floorplan with family and friends, watching a big game or favorite show, or snuggling up next to the natural gas fireplace; regardless of what you do, you will make memories and feel totally relaxed. Plenty of seating to choose from, either two large, plush couches or two luxurious chairs. Sit back, relax, and absorb the spectacular views from Above The Rest's living room! Walk out the deck doors from the living room or kitchen to find more things to enjoy, such as a large, outdoor flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, gas grill and patio furniture including deck rockers, a glider bench, and an outdoor seating area with plush, oversized sofas to cuddle up by the fire and an outdoor dining table with seating for six.

The main level is also where you will find the first of four bedrooms and bathrooms. This master suite features a king size bed, electric fireplace, a flatscreen TV and deck access. The bathroom, which can be accessed from the bedroom only, features a custom, walk in, tiled shower and vanity.

Upper Level

As you walk up the stairs, be sure to look up and see the spectacular, real antler chandelier hanging above the staircase. When you get to the top of the stairs you will find a cozy reading nook featuring a plush recliner and bookcase. Here's just another place to sit back and relax. You will also find a catwalk that allows you to absorb the 360-degree amazing mountain views or a close-up glimpse of the custom real antler chandelier and black bear taxidermy, hanging high above the living room. On this upper level, you will also find two more master suites.

One master suite features a king-size bed, electric fireplace and a flatscreen TV. This bedroom also has a private bathroom, accessible through the bedroom only, which features a custom, tiled walk-in shower and vanity. Enjoy your own private deck with Adirondack patio chairs off of this bedroom.

The second master suite on the upper level also features a king-size bed, electric fireplace and a flatscreen TV. The private bathroom, which can be accessed from the bedroom only, features another custom, tiled, walk in shower and vanity. Enjoy another private deck off of this bedroom with Adirondack patio chairs.

Lower Level

Head downstairs to find a large and spectacular game room, with the largest TVs in the resort and one of the best game rooms a cabin can have! When you first enter the lower level of Above The Rest, you will walk into the game room, which hosts two 75" flatscreen TVs and an 8' regulation-size pool table, a 9' shuffleboard table, a barrel-style 60-in-1 multi-cade game for two, as well as fun for the kid in you with a giant Connect-4 and Tic-tac-toe hanging on the wall. Don't miss a game on Golden Tee!

If that's not enough, head over to the kitchenette area, which features additional amenities, such as a wet bar, mini fridge and a separate wine and beverage fridge. Pour yourself a drink, sit back and relax on the barstools or sleeper futon and watch two games at a time. If this great room of fun and games isn't enough for you, head into the movie theater room that features an 80" flatscreen TV. You are sure to have your entertainment needs met with two rows of theater style luxurious loungers, seating a total of 8 guests. Grab your front row movie seat and enjoy the film on the giant, flatscreen in front of you.

This level is also where you will find the last of four bedrooms and bathrooms. This bedroom features two queen-size beds, electric fireplace, a flatscreen TV and deck access. This bedroom also has a bathroom, which features a shower/tub combo. It is accessible through the bedroom as well as a separate entrance from the game room, for convenience, but has the ability for privacy.
You will find the laundry room on this level, directly at the bottom of the stairs, featuring a full-size washer and dryer.

Need another reason to relax? Last, but certainly not least, the hot tub is located on the lower-level deck in a perfect little nook, complete with another flatscreen TV and bench. Enjoy the gorgeous mountain views, take in the big game, or just unwind from your day.

There is FREE high speed, wireless internet in this cabin.
Gas fireplaces are turned off from May 1 to October 1. Fire pits are functional year round.

During inclement weather (especially in the winter months), Our Resort's roads are maintained by our maintenance staff and should not be a big concern
to you and your group. Our roads are not steep and are widely paved.

The Resort is motorcycle friendly, featuring flat, paved parking spaces suitable for motorcycles and trailers.
