„After a very warm welcome we entered a fully equipped apartment. There are blankets and chairs for the beach at there nearby lake. Everything has its place and is labelled. We felt comfortable returning after a long day with excursions. Thanks to John and Sue, who really want you to have a great time.“

„Val is a lovely host, easy to communicate with and was quick to communicate with us about any changes or updates. Her place is really nice, super clean, really quiet, bright, and speciates. We really enjoyed staying here, would stay here again, and would recommend it. The location is really central, for us anywhere we had to go it was 5 - 15 min drive. “

„Rosie's retreat is a great place to stay in Victoria. Located in a quiet neighborhood just 20 minutes drive to downtown Victoria. Linda is a great host. She left us a few "extras" which we really appreciated. She was also quick to respond to us and checked in to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend!!!“

„It was fine, but not quiet. Someone in the attached home did a drum practice each day around 4pm. In the living room area, there were only bright overhead lights, no lamps for softer light. Other lightbulbs were burned out. The bed was very comfortable in the back bedroom, but the blinds let in light at night. “

From the moment we let the owner know we’d be arriving late, they went out of their way to accommodate us—offering to set up the pull-out couch so we could get the kids to bed early. Such a thoughtful touch! We were greeted with a sweet welcome gift and walked into the cutest, coziest little suite. Everything felt warm, inviting, and spotless. „The apartment has large rooms, and is spacious. Very private and quiet. A picture window facing a glorious garden. Immaculate and very cosy. A wide range of food was left for us to enjoy. We felt very welcome and secure! We heartily recommend this “home away from home”, and hope to revisit soon!“
