„Haben ein grosses Deluxe Zimmer gebucht, haben aber ein normales Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage erhalten. Personal unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Abendessen, es gab keine Auswahl, Qualität der Produkte war nicht zufrieden stellend. Allgemeines Preisverhältnis viel zu teuer, haben etwas besseres erwartet, wäre am liebsten schon nach der ersten Nacht wieder weggefahren. Liegenschaft liegt sehr abgeliegen. “

We are an American couple that stayed here 3 nights - we met a couple from Rome and a couple from Sienne that came for the weekend and talked with us about their country“

„Amazing small hotel great that it has additional indoors pool included in the proce of the room helps when the weather is not great as the outdoor pool is not heated. Great room even small one is including balcony and is quite spacious. Only improvement I would suggest is more choices in the restaurant as after 2 days of lunch and dinner you might feel like you tried everything. Pool menu is a nice alternative as you can order just a small sandwich btw amazing focaccia with mozzarella 😍“

Colazione eccellente e super abbondante, in una sala con un panorama da incanto della campagna umbra, con il proprietario che ci chiedeva se avessimo avuto bisogno di altro. Impareggiabile. „We loved our stay! Elisa was the consumate host. We loved the peace of our apartment and the ability to cook. Elisa directed us to great food options as well. Our trip to Spoleto and Rasiglia were fantastic! The wine tasting with Danielle was great, they have fantastic wines. We are white wie lovers and the Spolentino grape is superb! They also have a great Savignon Blanc with San Giovese grapes. We will be back! Bello!“

„Il nostro cane ha avuto un un parco tutto recintato a sua disposizione e l accesso in sala colazione. Non ci è stato richiesto alcun costo aggiuntivo per il nostro cane. Claudia la proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile. La struttura è immersa nel verde, la colazione abbondante e con prodotti freschissimi le stanze molto spaziose. Agriturismo consigliato sia in inverno che in estate. Strategica la posizione. Si raggiunge assisi in pochissimo tempo e tutte le arterie principali in pochi minuti.“
