„First flag was the address listed brought us to a church/pharmacy parking lot. Then the first entry lot led to a locked door. Maybe because their 'season' is winding down.... no staff in the building. No lights on. No signage for entry/reception. Had to find an employee 'out back'. He was able to point to the unit and hand me keys. No welcome kit, no binder with instructions, not much all around. Did get roused twice before check out time by an anxious housekeeper.
