„The stay was relaxing and tucked away up on the top of the mountain. Everything we needed to cook and we enjoyed the warm welcome with a bottle of wine & chocolate. The deck was my favorite part, plenty of room and comfortable patio furniture, our puppy loved the plush woods and the small trail to a picnic area. You definitely need a vehicle to climb ruff terrain, steep hills, and sharp turns. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway, thank you Matt and Chris!“

„This was such a great property for our family! The variety of available water craft (kayaks, SUP, floats) was amazing. Being on a little cove off the main lake meant that we didn’t have to deal with a ton of noise and wake from boats. The house had everything we needed for a week away. „We lived our Etsy in this charming cottage. The owners/managers were so communicative and helpful. Such a professional operation. The cottage was beautiful and clean and had all the extras we could want. Our only suggestion may be to run a portable dehumidifier because the older cottage wasn’t insulated. It cooled down well but was a touch humid and therefore a touch musty. Not a big problem at all. Thanks so much for a great stay!“

„We came to Lake Norman to visit our grandchildren who live in Sherrills Ford. This home was 10 min. from their home. The cove this home is located in is calm and almost mystical. The home has everything one would need for a lakeside visit and more! We did not even have time to enjoy everything. Additional bonus was having a dock to tie up our son’s ski boat during our stay. “

„This rental was just as described. It was very cute clean and cozy. The couple hosting the rental were very friendly and we enjoyed visiting the farm. Kevin, Hamlet and the dogs were fantastic. We came to town for a fundraiser and for the NASCAR race. We certainly could have stayed closer to Concord but this was a lovely place to stay and really not too far away. „Our family enjoyed the lakeview from every room in the house. We loved the dock and access to the kayaks. It was clean, spacious and had an amazing deck that we utilized every morning, while drinking our coffee. Quick and easy 5 minute drive to Hickory Lake Park to walk my dog and ride my bike on the off-road trails. 20 minute drive to Bakers Park and Riverbend Park for more trail walking. House was pleasantly cooled with a/c, ceiling fans above the bed, and the mattress comfortable provided for a great nights sleep. “

"Der Aufenthalt an sich war wirklich angenehm. Leider wurde das Frühstück, das in der Buchung inkludiert war, trotzdem berechnet. Im Hotel wird das Frühstück wie in einem Cafe bestellt und an den Tisch gebracht. Zu meiner Überraschung gab es hierzu auch eine Rechnung... Laut Personal war diese aber nur für die "interne Abrechnung". Zu meiner Überraschung wurde der Betrag nach meiner Abreise trotzdem von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht. Rückfragen bleiben leider unbeantwortet! Also Vorsicht, sonst wird der Aufenthalt deutlich teurer als geplant..."
