The beautifully decorated bedrooms are a wonderful place to come back to after a day of exploring Mesa & surrounding areas. With five stylish rooms with comfortable beds, there’s plenty of space for large groups.

The master suite has a plush king-sized bed, a sitting room attached, a large closet custom closet, and an ensuite bathroom, providing plenty of privacy! Strike a pose in the yoga room and or send your thoughts into the atmosphere in the adjoining meditation garden just outside the door for a private morning experience to begin your day.

The second and third bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms, one with newly remodeled shower/tub combo & the other with stand up shower and exit to patio/pool area.

The fourth bedroom has a king size bed just off of an adjoining private living room complete with a couch & TV to relax if you need some down time away from the rest of your guests.

The fifth bedroom is perfect for the little ones as it features two, triple-bunk beds to accommodate up to six kids or teens. A large HD-TV is located in each bedroom for your comfort.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆

The stylish bathrooms are equipped with jet black hardware and navy or grey cabinets, playing into the modern theme of the house. The first bathroom is ensuite to the master bedroom and features a walk-in shower for two with opposing shower heads. Take your bubble bath to the next level in the large soaking tub centered between the two, opposite sink counters & two private water closets.

The second bathroom is ensuite to a bedroom, featuring a newly remodeled shower/tub combo with tub-jets to relax and walk in closet.

The third bathroom, also ensuite to a bedroom, has a modern stand up shower & private water closet.

The fourth bathroom is ensuite to a bedroom, also with a shower/tub combo & walk in closet.

A 1/2 bathroom is located in the hallway across from the bunk room, so you can choose how you want to wash up after a day outside.

Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for your convenience so you can pack light!

Everything in the newly remodeled Sunset Palms Estate is top-of-the-line, including the fabulous kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home and cook some delicious meals during your stay.

Be sure to swing by a local Farmer’s Market or grocery store to stock up on local products before cooking a fantastic meal using high-end appliances. The kitchen island gives you plenty of space to prep and provides a great surface for snacks and drinks while socializing.

Get your day started with a cup of coffee from the coffee bar. Here, you’ll find a Keurig machine, a drip coffee machine, and coffee pods. Enjoy your morning pick-me-up at the kitchen counter, with seating for five. When you’re ready to sit down for a meal with your whole group, a dining table and island seating offers a stylish spot with a lovely view of the patio, or transfer into the formal dining for lively conversation & food.

The air-conditioned lounge is the perfect place to hang out and relax with your group. Sit back on the large wraparound couch while you watch a show streaming on the large HD-TV.
