Second bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and attached bathroom. Each bathroom comes with shower/tub combo, toilet, hair dryer, and toileteries. Guests are provided with linens for bedrooms, lots of towels and pool towels plus extra blankets for the cold Arizona winters. New HVAC installed in December 2023. All linens are cleaned and replaced after each guests (sheets, pillow cases, duvet cover and blankets). The community features: a Clubhouse, small Business Center, Wet Sauna, Dry Sauna, Gym, Hot Tub and Pool (hours only open from 5am to 11pm).
