Spacious Private Home w/King bed & Great Pool.

Our beautiful home is in a lovely suburban neighborhood; Forget your worries when you sit by the pool or fire pit to enjoy some delicious s'mores. Stroll through the local park just a short walk from our house. This home has everything you need when visiting the beautiful city of Surprise :-)

The city is named after a quote by the original land owner. Flora said at one point that "she would be surprised if the town ever amounted to much" and yet today over 120,000 people call Surprise home.
The space
This home is very spacious with 4 bedrooms that can sleep a toal of 8 guests. The first floor has a ping pong table (!), TV, and a game board with multiple games. House rules of having a ping pong tournmanet, loser must jump in the pool. This home is perfect for a large family looking to get away to the beatiful and luxurious city of Surprise.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home. The home is two stories with all bedrooms on the second floor and no wheelchair access
Other things to note
We have a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. But it IS a house. Which means that occasionally things will break or need maintenance - just like every house, ever. If you are an extremely high maintenance person who prefers the service of the Ritz-Carlton and would get very upset if a lightbulb was burned out, a window was sticking, or a sink or toilet got clogged, then I highly recommend you book the Ritz, it is lovely.
We pride ourselves in taking great care of our home, and we respond to inquiries and issues within an hour. That being said, sometimes stuff happens. I am confident that you will enjoy our beautiful home; give us the opportunity to work hard for you and we will! :-) Super-high maintenance people need not apply, it'll be better for everyone that way ;-).
