Inside, the home offers two distinct living areas, giving groups plenty of space to relax and spread out. One lounge opens directly to the backyard and pool deck, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow, while the main living room features a large sectional and Smart TV—perfect for movie nights, game days, or unwinding after exploring the city.



The chef’s kitchen anchors the home with elegant Carrara quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and generous prep space. Whether you're cooking together, hosting dinner, or enjoying morning coffee at the island, the kitchen is designed to bring everyone together.



A nearby dining area offers plenty of seating for shared meals and celebrations.

The Neighborhood:

Located just South of the Western Canal between Alma School and Arizona Ave. with easy access to the 101 Loop North.



Other Things to Note:

Pool can be heated for $75/night or $400/week. Must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance of arrival however, it may be inconsistent, especially during colder winter months. The pool typically warms well during the day, but nighttime temperatures can decrease due to natural cooling and ambient outdoor conditions.



Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Chandler takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.



Property includes a Minut noise & occupancy alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).



A Ring front doorebll camera is present and used to monitor real occupancy and for emergency and disturbance related issues only.



Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
