Our neighborhood is safe, quiet and well kept with awesome neighbors. The property backs up to a community walking path that not only creates a barrier between neighbors, but it's also accessible at the end of the street for those who love to get a little exercise while on vacation! We have 2 great parks (Desert Breeze Park and Mountain View Park) within walking distance that include basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, playgrounds, tennis courts, a pond and even a train ride for a fee! We're less than 2 miles from the Chandler Fashion Center, 11 miles (less than 20 min) from Sloan Park for Spring Training and 25 minutes miles from Topgolf in Gilbert

★ HEATED, NON-FENCED POOL ★
This home features a private, heated swimming pool available for your enjoyment at no additional cost. Heating is provided as a complimentary amenity; however, it may be inconsistent, especially during colder winter months. The pool typically warms well during the day, but nighttime temperatures can decrease due to natural cooling and ambient outdoor conditions. The pool DOES NOT have a safety fence, therefore use of our property and pool are at your own risk. There is a floatation ring pool side for emergency use only , but we do not provide any recreational floatation devices. We highly recommend that ALL guests in your party know how to swim. We also encourage guests to use the *Water Watchers* safety protocol so a designated adult is supervising swimmers at all times.
★ HOT TUB ★
The hot tub use is free of charge, so please feel free to soak and enjoy! However, we do ask that you follow our guide book instructions on hot tub use and care. We also request the lid be closed and locked when not in use. Please treat our hot tub as if it were your own.
★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.
★ NO-SMOKING OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ON PROPERTY★
Please refrain from smoking ANYTHING on the property or use of illegal substances. Any smoking evidence or use of illegal substances will result in a fee for odor/substance removal and furniture cleaning.
★ SECURITY CAMERAS★
A Ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor real occupancy and is used for emergency situations only. Additional exterior cameras/flood lights are positioned to monitor the side access gates and fence lines for security purposes.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
We may be able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out upon request for an additional fee.
Pool and hot tub maintenance occur weekly with groundskeepers/landscapers as needed. We will do our best to let guests know if there will be maintenance personnel visiting during their stay.

To abide by local legal requirements, you may be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued ID, confirming your contact information and sharing the purpose of your stay. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. Guest verification and signing the rental agreement/pool/hot tub waiver must be done within 48 hours to confirm the reservation. You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed verification steps in our guest portal.
