Five bedrooms plus a bonus room with a sleeper sofa, sleeping 18. Home theater, arcade game room, and outdoor putting green. Built for family reunions, golf trips, and multigenerational stays where everyone needs somewhere to go.

The game room has arcade cabinets, a pool table, shuffleboard, air hockey, and a poker table. There's a home theater for movie nights, and outside you'll find a putting green, cornhole boards, and a pool with optional seasonal heating.

THE AREA Downtown Mesa is 10 minutes away: Mesa Arts Center, the Arizona Museum of Natural History, local restaurants, and shops. Old Town Scottsdale, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, and Legacy Park are each about 20 minutes out. The Superstition Mountains and the Lost Dutchman Gold Mine are a short drive for hiking, sightseeing, and some of Arizona's most iconic desert scenery.

POOL HEATING — OPTIONAL PAID ADD-ON The pool is not heated by default. We offer heating as a paid extra so guests who don't want it aren't paying for it.

GUEST ACCESS Guests have full access to the home during their stay. We only ask that you don't remove or tamper with the pool equipment, so the pool stays clean and undamaged while you're here. The home has keyless entry for a smooth check-in.

GOOD TO KNOW Members of our team may visit the property during your stay: landscaping, pool maintenance, and trash service bringing the cans to the curb.

For your safety, exterior security cameras are located at the driveway, pool area, and the east and west sides of the house. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private space.
