This 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom home (four full baths and two half baths) sleeps up to 18 guests across two floors — and the bathroom count is the first thing to understand. Luxury groups often book around it. Every guest here has access to a private or semi-private bathroom, which is rare at this size and makes the entire stay run more smoothly.



The bedroom layout:



First floor — two king bedrooms, each with its own private full bathroom. These are the quietest, most private rooms in the home.



Second floor — a bunk room with full-over-full bunk and twin trundle (sleeps 5) with a private bath. A matching bunk room with full-over-full bunk and twin trundle (sleeps 5). A third room with two full beds (sleeps 4). The last two second-floor rooms share a well-appointed Jack-and-Jill bathroom.



The home across two floors:



The first floor is built around comfort and gathering. A cozy living area with a fireplace anchors the main space, and the gourmet kitchen — equipped with a commercial stove and oven, spice rack, and full condiments — connects directly to the backyard through pocket doors. A coffee bar with six stools doubles as a casual workspace. Booth seating adds to the relaxed, boutique-restaurant feel throughout.



The second floor opens into a full great room with two TVs, a Blitz arcade game, bar tables, and a balcony with Camelback Mountain views. This is where the group naturally migrates after dinner — the kind of space that keeps everyone together without anyone feeling obligated to stay.



The backyard:



A gas-heated pool sits at the center, surrounded by sun loungers, a dining table, a built-in grill, built-in benches, and outdoor games. Camelback is on the horizon. It is a complete outdoor living space, not just a pool with chairs.



The garage:



Double basketball hoop, life-size Connect Four, and Jenga round out the entertainment. Six adult bikes and three kids' bikes — helmets included — are available for exploring the neighborhood. Arcadia's streets and the canal paths nearby make this a genuinely worthwhile amenity, not just a prop.



The location:
