Campo Bello, meaning "beautiful field," is a serene desert retreat of nearly 2,700 square feet in a prime North Scottsdale and Kierland location. This luxurious private home sits in a high-end, peaceful neighborhood, ideal for discerning guests seeking a relaxing stay close to Scottsdale's finest events and activities, with easy access to TPC Scottsdale, WestWorld, the McDowell Mountain Preserve, Mayo Clinic, shopping at Scottsdale Quarter and the nightlife of Old Town.

The home faces north and south on a corner lot. Its large eat-in chef's kitchen is ideally suited to a guest chef and features new LG Café stainless steel appliances with a double convection oven, while the spacious family room opens to the kitchen with views of the pool.

There are four bedrooms: an expansive primary suite with a king bed and direct pool access and views, plus three guest rooms with queen beds. High-end mattresses and bed linens promise a good night's sleep, and designer window treatments with blackout lining dress every bedroom.

For entertaining, the modern game room offers a Barrington Clyborne poker table with matching shuffleboard, and a conversation lounge with four modern club chairs sets the scene for wine or whiskey tastings. A newly appointed Wellness Center includes a TV, weights, benches and yoga mats.

Outdoors, enjoy al fresco dining under the covered patio, five pool loungers around the large pool and hot tub, and a 4-hole putting green. Outdoor furniture by Frontgate, an outdoor heater, a BBQ and fully mature lime and lemon trees complete the setting.

Pool and hot tub heat are available for an additional $100 per day with a 3-night minimum. Pool heat requires 3 days advance notice, and the pool reaches 85 degrees with heat. If you would like to heat only the hot tub, we can offer this at a reduced rate.
