This age qualified (main guest must be 55+; others 35+) unique place is light and airy, efficient AC! You will stay in the highly desired Mesa Spirit RV Resort with access to all amenities, a vibrant community of hospitable travelers and winter visitors! Located in a convenient area of Mesa with easy access to numerous attractions and activities, many that can be reached without having to get on the freeway. 24/7 courtesy patrol to give you peace of mind. Sleeps 2-4. Please see "Other Details."
The space
Property is an Elite Park Model in a friendly RV community. The main home is a surprisingly spacious 380sf with a detached 225sf Casita/bonus room with a sofa bed and full bathroom. The casita has a space heater and portable AC and may still be a little warm during the very hot days. A small shop area is great for those who like to tinker!
Guest access
You will have access to the entire space which includes the main home, casita, and laundry room/shop.
Other things to note
$25 registration fee per reservation, and $4 badge fee per person applies (subject to change per Mesa Spirit), payable to Mesa Spirit when you register at the office. Rental rate adjusted to compensate for extra fees.

Main home sleeps 2, sofa bed in the casita can accommodate 1-2.

We are close to a busy street and you may hear traffic from the unit.

Wi-fi and cable/ internet are boosted but still can be unreliable.

Please just small loads of laundry at a time. Larger washers and dryers are located in the park.
