Great location, really quiet neighborhood and easy access to nearby restaurants, stores and attractions. The free Jupiter line a block away is nice if you want to go downtown Tempe without driving. There is an adjoining unit, so you will only occasionally hear neighbors at normal speaking volume. They are not overly loud, are not bothersome late at night or early in the morning, and they are typically not home during the day. Really it's no different than a hotel shared wall. Sliding shower door seems to leak no matter how I positioned it. Just put down a towel and you're good to go. Might have tripped a circuit breaker somehow on a fluke, contacted the host and they were there immediately to fix it. Excellent customer service and communication. I give it 5 stars because it was a great stay and minor things didn't affect my trip. It was safe, clean, quiet and comfortable enough for me, and the location was really convenient and nice all around.
