We stayed in this house for a week and found it comfortable and pleasant. It’s in a nice, conveniently located older neighborhood and has a pretty Sonoran desert like backyard with various cacti and other plants. They have a little grill in the back which was quite handy for cooking up burgers and hotdog dogs. However, after a short time, the gas tank became empty. There were two spare tanks in the garage, but they were both empty also. I called the management company and they said it was up to guests to replenish the gas tanks. I thought that this was a ridiculous requirement, given how much we were paying for the rental. Do they really expect guests to run around town looking for a propane gas refill center?Other than that we were pleasantly surprised by a well stocked kitchen that came complete with a decent assortment of spices and herbs, Saran wrap and aluminum foil, and a far better than average selection of pots, pans, cutting boards, kitchen knives, grilling tools, coffee mugs, and drinking glasses. So many of these home rentals come ridiculously sparsely equipped, so this was a pleasant surprise.The master bedroom is very spacious, the bed is super comfortable, the bathroom is quite large and attractive. The house was perfectly clean with no weird smells. The guest bedroom was just average size at best, but perfectly fine for our son. All in all, I think this was a very solid rental and we enjoyed our stay here. No big complaints!
