Our family spent a week here and it what a fantastic place to spend time in Arizona. Our stay was right after Christmas, the weather hovered around 68-73. Doug kindly contacted me before our stay to let me know the colder evenings were cooling off the pool quite a bit, we opted for the extra heat to 85, and glad we did, even when it got down to 60 outside at night, we were still very comfortable in the pool, anything less than 85 would have been pretty chilly, even for us Montana folks! The rest of the house is great, lots of room, very clean, great games for the kids and a pool table for all. There are tons of cooking supplies, but we did add a meat thermometer to the drawer, we used the BBQ and cooked a Prime Rib in the dual oven, and used the built in firepit a few times. Also, we were lucky enough to get quite a few fresh oranges and lemons from the trees in the back yard, very good! The neighbors were all great and very quiet, they do ask that you respect the neighborhood and not make a ton of noise at night, we still swam up to 10pm, but would not jump in (which is fun in a 12 foot deep pool) after 9PM, we would just swim or enjoy the evening stars. I also have to add, we did have a few issues that happened during our stay, no fault of anyone just wear and tear issues, and I was amazed how accommodating Doug was, he responded quickly, took care of the issues even quicker, and communicated constantly. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay or a better host!!
