„Zimmer zur Straße extrem laut, Balkon voller Vogelexkremente. Fußmatte im Bad voller Flecke, Beleuchtung im Zimmer funktioniert nur teilweise. WLAN funktioniert nur in der Lobby und ausserhalb der Zimmer. Frühstück lieblos, Spiegelei kalt.Rezeptionistin verbringt 90% ihrer Zeit am Handy/ IPad mit Onlinespielen. Service am untersten Minimum, Standardantwort ist: " We don't have". “

„- Old room, refurbished/renewed (low budget e.g. painted tiles in the bathroom) - AC old and musty - Toiletries etc are only produced for the new resort somewhere else in Phitsanulok, but also used here + Breakfast (including western dishes) was good - Phitsanulok is not that great, the night markets are a joke (don't trust Lonely Planet in this case)“

„The only reason I have 4 stars rather than 5 was only because some of the attachments in shower need to be replaced, the small fridge in the room never gets cold and the drain in most of the showers are very slow to drain and it causes the bathrooms to get a little flooded. Other than that the staff is super nice and friendly, the breakfast is great, beds are comfortable, great location and the a/c is cold! 10/10 highly recommend! We ended a stay at a different hotel early and decided to come ...

„Das Hotel hat mir gut gefallen. Es war sauber, Service top und freundlich. Beim Thema Sicherheit bin ich nicht ganz zufrieden gewesen. Ich wurde nachts in der Eingangshalle von einem Gast mit Motorradhelm übelst beschimpft. Er hatte seine weibliche Begleiterin geschlagen und ich habe ihn lediglich aufgefordert das zu unterlassen. Ein älterer Mitarbeiter versuchte eine Beruhigung, aber der junge "Schlägertyp" beschimpfte mich weiter. Vielleicht nachts bisschen mehr Sicherheit durch jüngere ...

„It is street parking. It went pretty smooth for me. But this is the second time I stay there as I am on my way back south and I wouldn’t have stayed at any other hotel in this city. That’s the best one as far as I’m concerned.“
