This apartment can be accessed without the use of stairs. There are no steps at the entrance. This is important if you have mobility issues after a medical procedure.

PARKING
There is no complimentary parking space available with this listing. However, if you need parking space, there are a couple of paid parking options nearby. Please check out these two locations:

Parking Option #1: 1453-1495 Ridge Ave Parking (0.4 miles and 2 minutes drive)
Parking Option #2: 1406-1498 Melon St Parking (0.6 miles and 4 minutes drive)

Guest access

Our guests will have access to the following areas:

- The entire studio
- Sleeping arrangement: 1 King bed + TV
- Gym: available anytime between 5 am to 11 pm
- Game Room : 5 am to 11 pm
- Rooftop: 5 am to 5 pm (The rooftop may be occasionally closed for scheduled repairs and maintenance)
- Courtyard on the ground level

Other things to note

The building is very safe with 24-hour security. However, it is located in metro Philadelphia, which is an urban city, and there will be times when the streets are noisy and people with quality of life issues.

The Apartment is not suitable for Infants (under 2): We would love to welcome your entire family including your little ones. Kindly note that the apartment isn’t baby-proofed and we don’t have baby-specific furniture (crib, changing table). If you want to bring your own, we’d be happy to host your stay.

Prior to check-in, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement.

**Please remember this is a non-smoking building and apartment. Please do not smoke.**

Kindly understand if the key/keyfob is lost during your stay then there will be a $50 replacement fee.

The cleaning fee covers laundry and cleaning service to prepare the apartment for your stay. For additional cleaning services during your stay, please feel free to contact us and we can arrange with an additional fee.

For longer-term stays over 1 week, we will provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels. Soap and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) can be refreshed as needed. Additional household items will need to be purchased by the guests.

We supply dishware, flatware, cooking utensils and pots and pans. We DO NOT supply cooking ingredients such as cooking oil, salt and pepper, spices, etc. Please make sure to bring your own cooking supplies if you intend to cook.
