„Estuvo excelente,“

„The staff was amazing and so helpful. It’s a short walk to get to stores and other restaurants. Second time there and will continue to come back.“

„Die Pool-Landschaft ist gut, Pool-Bar ebenfalls. Das Hotel bietet ausgesprochen große Zimmer, jedoch...sieht eher aus wie ein SEHR renovierungsbedürftiges Jugendhotel. “

„Wonderful stay. Amazing staff available 24/7 for anything and everything. Free covered and secure parking. Penthouse gym and morning breakfasts. Private and comfortable room. This will be our new spot.“

„Muy accesible“

„Nice Hotel located at a very nice beach“

„In redouble experience. A bit pricey, but you will feel the luxury here.“

„Parking air conditioning good staff and helpful hot water“

„Had a very enjoyable one night stay here. The room was modern and very clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The communication with the hotel was excellent, they sent me all the details to get to the hotel and access the room as well as additional information for arriving by uber which was very helpful. The room and wifi codes worked no problem, and the uber dropped me off right at the entry door. There are many different restaurants, cafes and shops in the area within walking distance ...

„Me encantó todo !! Espectacular !!“

„Excellent stay, location, and infrastructure.“

„So nettes Personal hab ich noch nie getroffen! Lage war perfekt! Es gibt auch eine Parkgarage in 5min Gehweg.“

„The hotel room was so clean! The staff was friendly breakfast was amazing! Emy the staff who help me and my parents check in was amazing! So helpful and took her time to explain what the hotel had to offer and the events going on for the weekend! She was such a joy! The rest of the staff was helpful as well!“

„We spend two nights at Hyatt House San Juan. We really enjoyed our stay, as the staff is very kind and helpful. The Hotel ist very clean. It is very good located, close to San Juan Bay. In addition, they offer a shuttle to the beach and old San Juan. There are several restaurants close by. During daytime it is sometimes a little noisy, as the hotel is located next to a small airport and the entry for trucks bringing goods to the container port. However, it was quiet during the night. “

„Love this place.. super clean and convenient location.“
