„Very pleasant stay! “

„Clean room close to train station. But there was no hot water the 1 night I stayed. The staff knew about the problem and were trying to fix it. No shower the next day.“

„Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl hier. “

„The hotel is well located with short walls to the Duomo and shopping areas. The location is secure though there are no staff available at night. The entry procedure was explained well and we had no trouble accessing our room. Minor concern is that a street trolley regularly traverses the Piazza and is quite audible even up on the seventh floor. The hotel does provide ear plugs which is a nice touch. Bathroom was clean and well appointed“

„Alles super“

„Zimmer gut - nur stockfinster weil im Keller und laut. Abwasserrohre der oberen Wohnungen gegen an der Decke entlang und sind Schall technisch nicht isoliert. Zu teuer für einen Keller.“
