Pérula Urlaub günstig buchen

Upon arrival the 2 staff members never greeted us or introduced themselves. They did not let is know about the schedule power outage the next day that was scheduled from 7am-3pm. We were told that we had a kitchenette but it actually was only a small fridge. The pool was absolutely disgusting. It was very cloudy water full of leaves. The tiles around the edge were falling off. There was no ladder to get in and out of pool. The service at the pool was horrible as clearly we were interrupting a show on there phone. They never asked us if we wanted a drink or anything. They did eventually give us our complimentary drink. After we showered we sat down to order food they were not prepared to serve food. We then noticed cockroaches in the bathroom that were coming up from the sink. We notified them and they sprayed raid and left us in the same room with the raid. The curtains around the bed were moldy and the floor was rotting in spots. The maintenance was extremely lacking. The design and concept is there for a very cozy romantic getaway. It is definitely a extremely steep climb up to the bungalows. Also another steep climb to pool area. The ocean view was extremely limited even though we booked ocean view. Queen size bed is a double bed with a very large bite mark in sheet into mattress. Pictures on the internet are definitely not what it is.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit schönem Pool und super grossen und sauberen Zimmer. Ruhig gelegen jedoch nicht direkt am Strand. Leider hat das Internet die ganze Zeit nicht funktioniert!

The property is new and upscale. The resort is small and the perfect setting for a person or couples that desire a tranquil experience. The restaurants were never crowded and the food is good. The pool staff was amazing! The rooms have an amazing view of the ocean. The lounge area only accomodates a small amount of guest and the night time events are non-existent, however, the amenities and convenience of the property make this easy to overlook. I'd stay again for a relaxing time in PV. We werent able to enter the ocean because of the weather but there were beach chairs set up and staff was attentive with beverage and food service.

What was supposed to be our annual anniversary getaway turned from a 5-star experience into a complete disappointment. We understand the property is undergoing renovations, but that is no excuse for poor customer service, rooms with AC issues, flavorless food, and a lack of communication. We brought friends because we spoke so highly of this resort, only for them to experience a dirty room and a frightening security incident around 2–3 AM when a naked man attempted to open their patio door. The way the situation was handled was extremely concerning. Sadly, the hospitality, cleanliness, and attention to guest safety we once loved are no longer what they used to be. This trip changed our perception of a place we once highly recommended, and we will think twice before returning.
