Newly renovated 2 Bedroom Waterfront Cottage on Buckeye Lake. A stunning lake view with an open concept layout, you'll find a modern & inviting space with all new furnishings to enjoy. Start your mornings with a cup of coffee on the deck, walk/ride along the bike path, and relax on the front porch enjoying the picturesque view with your favorite beverage at sunset. We offer the perfect lake front setting in a beautifully designed space to relax, unwind and make memories!
The space
**Absolutely No Parties or Events of Any kind***

The second floor/main entrance has a panoramic view of the lake. You can access the long front porch and bike path from this level. The bike path is over 4 miles long and passes by Dips Ice Cream and The Boat Yard Bar and Grill (some of the best food on the lake).

Main floor:
Kitchen-gorgeous eat in kitchen with a gourmet stove and a generous island with seating for 8. The kitchen is stocked with glasses, plates, flatware, cookware, a microwave, blender, and toaster.
Coffee maker is a Keurig and we will leave you with k-cups.
We also provide all the kitchen linens, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher tabs and at least one roll of paper towels.

Great room - TV, 2 couches, 2 chairs & ottomans. Plus games and books for the entire family.

Bedroom 1: king bed (top rated brand new mattress with mattress protector)
Bedroom 2: 2 queen beds (top rated brand new mattresses with protectors)

Bathroom- stand-up tiled shower with bench, Shower hose and large over head rain fixtures. Large vanity will hold your provided wash-clothes, hand-towels and bath towels. We also provide top of the line doTERRA shampoo, conditioner and soap.

The first floor (lower level) has an office space with couch. Plus toys and games for the kids.

Guest access
Guests will reside on the second floor. First floor entrance is inaccessible to guests at this time and being used for storage. No dock access.
Other things to note
The home is located on the Northwest side of the lake, just five minutes off of interstate 70 and within walking distance to the newest cocktail tavern, the "Hereinafter".

The entrance for our guests is on the lake side of the home. You will follow along the stairs to the left of the driveway to access the keypad to the front door.

Starter supply of paper products are provided.
