However, I would like to address a few issues we encountered during our stay. Your amenities list states that we would be provided with shampoo and towels. „The accommodation books money from the credit card without permission and nobody cares that you get the money back. Neither the accommodation nor Expedia! 300€ gone! There were only excuses from both sides. In addition, the room was dirty and there was a constant squeaking noise in the bathroom. Annoying and impossible to switch off. Bed in master bedroom causes back pain! Dirty kitchen cupboards. No thanks! “

„Everything about our stay was wonderful. Communication leading up to our arrival was fantastic. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect. The area around the building had tons of great restaurants and shops we could walk to. We were in town for a baseball game and loved that the stadium was an easy walk. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Westside Market were both easy to get to. Will stay again next time we're in Cleveland. “

„My husband and I along with our two daughters and pups really enjoyed our stay! The house was well maintained and very clean. It has the best lake views out the large living room windows. „Beautiful place! Everything was exactly as described. Debbie was so kind and accommodating. The Loft had everything from menus of nearby restaurants, winery guides, toiletries, games, movies, and plenty of towels. Bathroom was huge and clean with spacious giant shower! “

„Excellent view for this size lodge! The location was great for our needs coming from Erie, PA. It was awesome to have plenty of towels, garbage bags, toilet paper and pods for the dishwasher. The shampoo and hand soap were also appreciated. We didn't have to strip the beds which was so helpful. These nice extras you don't often see. Kitchen was well equipped. Fridge was great. Dishwasher works. Stove was nice but had very touchy knobs which turned the gas on in two separate instances after ...

„My friend, NE Ohio native who had never been to Lake Erie before, and I spent three days at this adorable and clean location. It was perfect for us - we each had our own space with separate temperature controls (we couldn't be more opposite when it comes to temperature). I loved sharing my childhood vacation spot with her and walking the town, even though it was cold and rainy. Don't miss going to the East End Bar and Grill that is steps away. Great food and great service. We will be back! “

„I really enjoyed this space, it’s in a really lively neighborhood, so many friendly people having a good time right downstairs. The property was clean and matched the photos. The communication with the property manager was perfect! Our Ubers were driving just past it and the manager helped us find it! Perfect place for late nights & calm morning.“

„Communication was great with staff. The space was perfect for what we needed. Everything was 5 Star. I was concerned because I read about heating problems, and it was supposed to get cold. After consulting with staff and a little bit of ingenuity the temperature was great throughout. The view from the balcony was great and my wife and I went walking at the state park daily.
