There are 2 cameras on the exterior of the property which actively record audio & visual.



The Space:

The Hosta Hangout is centrally located, just 15 short minutes from our historic downtown, 25

minutes from Pensacola’s pearly white beaches, and 2.8 miles from our airport, with

restaurants around every corner. This 2/1 home also provides a private, spacious back yard

equipped with a grill, fireplace, hammocks, and games. The interior consists of a beautiful living

room completed with a 65" television, and a kitchen that encourages home cooking with its

accomplished collection of kitchenware. The master bedroom provides a sublime sleeping

experience with its commodious King-Sized Memory Foam Mattress, quality sheets and pillows,

and Black-Out curtains. The second bedroom provides a Queen-Sized Memory Foam Mattress,

quality sheets and pillows, as well as direct bathroom access. Each room has a Roku smart tv

with guest mode available to automatically sign out of all your accounts upon check out.

Embrace the tranquility of the fully-tiled, standing shower and the Bluetooth LED Fan-Light.

With the provided washer and dryer, you have the convenience of cleaning your dirty clothes

before you head back home.

There is a small starter supply of laundry detergent for your convenience.



~ P.S : The sprinklers will turn on around 1:00AM & again at 5:30-6:30PM



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire space including the privately fenced back yard.

Getting Around:

Easy spacious parking, and easy transportation to anywhere being centrally located.



Other Things to Note:

The central location of the Hosta Hangout also makes it a great place to stay while visiting UWF,

PSC, PCA, or Sacred Heart and HCA Florida West Hospital. Other features that you will find

include high-speed Wi-Fi, adjustable coffee table, coffee, tea, games, and dining area. Hosts will

provide a detailed list of recommended restaurants, bars, and activities in the area.
