„This house was the perfect size and layout for our group of 15 people. We had plenty of space and loved that the duplex layout gave us two full kitchens and two laundry rooms. The outdoor space was excellent: the best of any Florida beach house we've ever rented. We were pleasantly surprised by the huge amount of shaded seating that was beside the pool, and the deck with kayaks was such a fun addition. „The location was fantastic as all we needed to do was walk off the back deck down the pathway and onto the beach. It was nice having private access to the beach because it made it a lot less crowded. Being located on the Florida side was also a plus as it wasn’t as busy to go grocery shopping and to drive around and see the sites.
