The property is a single story home with a small driveway for 1-2 cars.

You’ll walk into a space that feels connected and varied. With a large open concept living, dining and kitchen.

The living room is cozy and comfortable with a smart TV and board games for entertainment.

The dining room has a large table perfect for a big meal.

The kitchen is large and open with an expansive breakfast bar/island. It is fully equipped with cutlery, dish-ware, pots pans and basic cooking essentials.

The bathroom has a rainfall shower head over a shower and tub bath.
We provide basic hygiene offering like shampoo, q tips exc.

Each bedroom has a comfy queen bed, and room darkening curtains for cozy sleep.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house.

The Neighborhood:
The home is tucked away from the street in a peaceful area with large oak trees in the Myrtle Grove neighborhood of Pensacola, Florida. Next door to the property is a children's school so you may hear them playing during the daytime hours.

The home is located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but still centrally located for incredible beaches, shopping, and restaurants . We are a short drive to the main Pensacola Beach. If you'd like the inside scoop for additional local beaches, restaurants, and coffee shops we have a guidebook to provide assistance!

The city is a place full of friendly people. It is one of the rare cities that has a small town feel but there is always an event or attraction to enjoy.

Pensacola is one of americas oldest and most storied cities and is located along the gulf of Mexico with miles of white sand beaches.
