West of Eden – West can be rented by itself or together with West of Eden – East. If you’re planning a large group vacation, this is the vacation rental for you. West of Eden – West is just one-half of the lovely West of Eden vacation home, and by itself can comfortably accommodate up to 18 of your closest friends and family. Lounging on the beach, taking a dip in the pool, testing your angling skills in the surf, or just enjoying a cool cocktail on the balcony, you and your guests will enjoy all the peace and quiet that West of Eden has to offer! The Beach!
You really can’t get any closer to the beach than West of Eden. The kids can jump out of bed and be out on the beach and building sandcastles in minutes. Find a seat on the porch where you can enjoy that first cup of coffee and watch the kids splash and dolphins frolic. A quick morning swim or jog will get you started on your day. The unit has a swimming pool too with plenty of comfy lounge chairs. Beach or pool, you can sunbathe, read a book, or just relax and watch the clouds go by. 

Less crowded than other Gulf Coast destinations, Perdido Key is a low-key, quiet beach experience where you can actually enjoy the sounds of the waves breaking on the sand. There’s plenty of space to spread out and practice social distancing while everyone relaxes or plays.

Beach Living

Wide open floor plans and bright, fun beach décor make it easy to gather everyone together for family meals, game nights or impromptu karaoke contests. Free Wi-Fi throughout the unit makes it easy to keep in touch with the outside world (if you need to) and the kids can play video games and stream their favorite shows anytime. 

Deep porches on the beachside façade on both the first and second floors extend the entire length of the house and have plenty of seating for everyone. Pretty soon, everyone will be out on the porches, enjoying the refreshing ocean breeze and savoring those colorful Gulf sunsets.

Amenities and Details

You’ve brought a lot of guests with you, and this place can handle it. The dining table in the West easily handles 12 people, and there is additional counter/bar seating in the kitchen to handle the overflow. The fully equipped kitchen has a coffee maker (an essential!), microwave, crock pot, and more. There’s a blender so you can whip up refreshing margaritas, something we feel is almost as essential as coffee here on the beach. With 6 inviting bedrooms, and a combination of kings, twins, and doubles, you’ll be able to accommodate your guests’ needs easily. And there are 5 full bathrooms, with several en suite bathrooms. Your guests may fight over the beachside bedrooms with their direct access to the porch and those rocking chairs. For specifics, see the details below.
