„The cabin and amenities were just as described! Everything in the main living cabin was new and very clean. The beer and game sheds were an excellent retreat area. Hot tub, fire pit with plenty of seating , & grill helped cap off the stay. The hosts for this property were easy to contact & their attention to detail makes this place very guest friendly!!“

It is within a quick and easy walk (even in sub-freezing temperatures) to interesting and fun downtown restaurant, art and shopping venues and an easy drive to hiking at the Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania. „The property was very comfortable and inviting. The location was so close to Cherry Springs, infinite amazing hiking spots, and a short drive from shopping for any needs that came up. We saw so much wildlife, including a bald eagle that was just down the road from the property and a black bear on our way back from star gazing. So many effortless memories made. Thanks so much! “

The only minor criticisms were that we did not locate the indoor pool mentioned in the description and there was no propane for the grill. A phone number I had previously been given to report problems by our POC turned out to be for emergencies only. „We had 14 people there with all ages and fit very comfortably. It was beautiful to look out to the snow covered lake. Hostess was great to respond to our needs and easy to work with. The driveway goes down a little hill which was hard to get up with the snow but we understood the guy who does the snow plowing was on Christmas vacation so should be fine in the future. We enjoyed our stay there. Shopping and bowling in Du Bois. “
